Chef Jennifer M. Denlinger PhD, CCC, CHEP

Chef Jennifer Denlinger has been a culinary educator for over fourteen years. She has a BS from University of Central Florida in Hospitality Management, a M.Ed. from American Intercontinental University in Curriculum Design and a PhD in Educational Leadership though Trident University International, where her research focused on How Brain Dominance affects the Learning Style of Culinary and Pastry Students

      Her culinary education was gained through an intensive apprenticeship program.   Her lifelong goal includes combining her educational and culinary experiences together to create a positive learning environment for students and staff members at the Culinary School. Being a Chef Instructor she has always enjoyed learning about the Anthropology of Food.      

      Her current research is centered on the History and Cultural Anthropology of

Food in Florida, from the first settlers to present. It will cover the both the cultural and

economic significance of Florida Food. It promotes suitability, local, seasonal cooking concepts.  

      Jennifer is also an active member of the American Culinary Federation, Central Florida

Chapter, where she holds a Certified Chef de Cuisine designation, and is the Central Florida Chapter President;   and Les Chaine des Rotisseurs, the oldest Food and Beverage Society in the world where she holds the position of Orlando Baillage Chargée de Presse.
