Creamy bleu cheese sauce for steak or potatoes.  Easily reheated gently.  

This is perfect for seafood dishes.  Different from other tomato sauces in that there are no carrots, but instead green peppers which adds a component of bitterness.  Heat is added by cayenne pepper.

This is perfect for using herbs that are unsightly or leftover.  Herb oil can be stored for up to 6 months in the refrigerator.  

Great for adding color to plates, soups, or pizzazz to vegetables.

Make this using one type of herb at time.  Parsley is added in small amounts to help keep the oil a green color.
